Eligibility for Refunds
We encourage customers to contact us through Live Chat Support or at sales@babusclothing.co.uk within 5 days of receiving their orders to report any issues. Returns are accepted within 14 days, but prior notification within the first 5 days is required before initiating a return.
Refund Conditions
- Returns can only be accepted within 14 days from receipt of the order.
- We offer refunds to the original method of payment, except for items from the Brands section. Refunds will be processed within 10 working days of confirming receipt of your returned item.
- Refunds for items from the Brands section are issued as a credit voucher within 10 working days of confirming receipt of the returned item.
- Credit vouchers are valid for 6 months.
- Refunds to the original payment method for damaged items will be processed within 10 working days.
- Sale and discounted items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
Return Procedures
- Customers are responsible for return postage charges.
- We reserve the right to reject refunds for items received in an unsuitable condition.
- Returned items must be undamaged, unworn and in their original packaging, with tags intact.
- If your order includes free shipping on orders over £99, you will still need to pay the postage charges when returning the order.
Cancellation Policy
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours, provided they have not yet been processed. Once an order has been processed, cancellation is no longer possible. If you wish to cancel after processing, our refund policy will apply.
Babus Clothing reserves the right to cancel orders for various reasons, ensuring full refunds.
Customer Responsibility
Clearly state the reason for your return on the back of the invoice and include it with the returned parcel.
Customers assume responsibility for items until they are signed for by our customer care office.
