Eligibility for Refunds
We encourage customers to contact us at sales@babusclothing.co.uk before initiating a return to address any issues with their order.
Verification Process
Upon receiving a claim of damaged or incorrect items, we conduct a thorough review of suit details, including video clips, packing records, and quality control reports.
Refund Conditions
- Returns can only be accepted within 14 days from receipt of order.
- Refunds issued as credit vouchers within 10 days of confirming receipt of returned item.
- Credit vouchers valid for 6 months.
- Refunds to original payment method applicable only for damaged items will be processed within 14 working days.
- Pre-orders and customized items non-refundable/non-exchangeable.
- Sale/discounted items non-refundable/non-exchangeable.
Return Procedures
- Customers responsible for return postage charges.
- Returned items must be undamaged, unworn, and in original packaging with tags intact.
- We reserve the right to reject refunds for items received in unsuitable condition.
Cancellation Policy
Orders can be canceled before they are processed. However, once you receive the order confirmation email, cancellation is no longer possible. If you wish to cancel after processing, our refund policy will apply.
Babus Clothing reserves the right to cancel orders for various reasons, ensuring full refunds.
Customer Responsibility
Clearly state reason for return on back of invoice, included with returned parcel.
Customers assume responsibility for items until signed for by our customer care office.
