- Measure the length from the wall to the line
- Add 3-5 mm to the measured length (important for toe space)

Eligibility for Refunds
We encourage customers to contact us at Live Chat Suppprt OR sales@babusclothing.co.uk within 5 days of receiving their orders to report any issues. Returns are accepted within 14 days, but prior notification within the first 5 days is required before initiating a return.
Verification Process
Upon receiving a claim of damaged or incorrect items, we conduct a thorough review of suit details, including video clips, packing records, and quality control reports.
Refund Conditions
- Returns can only be accepted within 14 days from receipt of order.
- We do offer refunds to the original method of payment except Brands section. Your refund process will be within 10 Working days from when we confirm receipt for your item.
- Brands Section refund issued as a credit voucher within 10 working days of confirming receipt of returned item.
- Credit vouchers valid for 6 months.
- Refunds to the original payment method also applicable for damaged items will be processed within 10 working days.
- Sale/discounted items non-refundable/non-exchangeable.
Return Procedures
- Customers responsible for return postage charges
- We reserve the right to reject refunds for items received in unsuitable condition.
- Returned items must be undamaged, unworn, and in original packaging with tags intact.
- In case of a return, where your order includes free shipping (over £99) you will have to pay postage charges while returning the order.
Cancellation Policy
Orders can be cancelled before they are processed within 24 Hours , However once it’s processed ,cancellation is no longer possible. If you wish to cancel after processing, our refund policy will apply.
