Refund Conditions
- Returns can only be accepted within 14 days from receipt of order.
- Refunds issued as credit vouchers within 10 days of confirming receipt of returned item.
- Credit vouchers valid for 6 months.
- Refunds to original payment method applicable only for damaged items will be processed within 14 working days.
- Pre-orders and customized items non-refundable/non-exchangeable.
- Sale/discounted items non-refundable/non-exchangeable.
Return Procedures
- Customers responsible for return postage charges.
- Returned items must be undamaged, unworn, and in original packaging with tags intact.
- We reserve the right to reject refunds for items received in unsuitable condition.
Cancellation Policy
Orders can be cancelled before they are processed within 24 Hours , However once it’s processed ,cancellation is no longer possible. If you wish to cancel after processing, our refund policy will apply.
